Now the Delhi Municipal Corporation provides you facility for filing property return and pay tax online. This is a very welcome step. Following steps are required to file the property return online

1. Go to this site and after agreeing with terms and condition click the button “Click here to file property tax return”.

2.You will be taken to next screen , where you will have to give property ID (which you can find on the tax payment challan /receipt etc )

3.If you are filing the tax return for the first time , there is a button “Click here file your return a fresh “

4.Calculate Your Property Tax online.

5.Print Your Property Tax Statment / Challan

6.Pay Your Property Tax in CSB’s (or) Agency (or) Banks (or) through credit cards
