How to Apply for an Indian Visa in UK from Home?

The visa applications will be accepted at India Visa Application Centres as per the county jurisdictions. specified by the High Commission /Consulates . All applications will be assessed and decided by the visa offices at the High Commission of India, London, and the Consulate General of India in Birmingham and Edinburgh in accordance with Indian visa/immigration policy.
Online method of application :
To apply for an Indian visa from your home, just follow the simple Instructions:
Step 1: Complete your application form online
Step 2: Pay the visa fee and service charges online along with the optional postal charges for the return of your passport.
Step 3: Take a printout of your online application (remember to sign your application form) and print your online receipt.
Step 4: Collect the required documents, two passport-size photographs of the specified dimensions, valid passport along with the printed and signed visa application form and online receipt and send it to the respective Visa Application Centre (as per the county jurisdiction ) by post in a secure envelope.
