Those who are working in private sector are covered under employees provident fund (EPF) . The Employee Provident Fund Organisation ( EPFO ) organisation maintains provident fund on behalf of lakhs of employees working in organised sector and unorganised sector.
In case , an employee has filed application for provident savings with the EPFO can now check on line the status of their application. For this they need to have following information in hand
- Office Name ,
- Establishment code and
- Employee No.
