India Provides Online Grievance Tool Now!

Government of India has now set up online facility for lodging grievance by ordinary people. If one has any grievance against any thing in about 20 of its entities , one can lodge grievance online. However , following types of grievance can not be lodged
1) Policy matters
2) Commercial contracts
3) Decisions involving quasi-judicial procedure
4) Service matters (excluding payment of terminal benefits like gratuity and GPF)
5) Matters which are sub-judice (pending before courts)
6) Matters earlier disposed of at the level of Minister
