Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has established an online complaint lodging and grievance handling mechanism for investors. Investors can now register complaints related to issue and transfer of securities and non-payment of dividend with listed companies. You can also complaint against the various intermediaries registered with SEBI .
It is suggested by SEBI , that before lodging complaint on SCORE system, one should first approach the concerned company/ intermediary against whom you have a complaint. Once , your grievance is not disposed off by them, you should register complaint on SCORE.

Step 2 : You will get the window as given below , where you will have to register and select appropriate category of the department, company or broker against whom you have complaint
After registration of your complaint is over, one registration number will be given to you.
How to check the status of my Complaint?
To check your complaint status, click on View Complaint Status tab on the homepage and provide the registration number allotted at the time of submission of your complaint, and your Email Address along with the security code. On verifying the correctness of registration number, Email Address and security code, the current status of your complaint is displayed
